As the COVID-19 situation develops, the health and safety of our workforce and customers is our priority. Though we are a small family run business, I personally wanted to reassure you that we’re following government guidelines and implementing our own stringent measures.
There are no changes to our available products or service.
Currently there are no issues with supplying you with our decorations. We continue to make the decorations and also have plenty of stock for everyone. I can assure you that you can continue to order as normal.
How we package
There is no evidence that an infection with any type of corona virus is possible through contact with objects or packages. However, all packaging used to send your orders to you is new and not recycled, meaning it has not been used before.
We have always worked in a hygienic way and will continue to do so. Food grade gloves are always worn when making the decorations, these are replaced several times throughout each order making process and extra measures have also been implemented with extra hand washing and use of hand sanitiser every 20 minutes as a minimum.
We will continue to use Royal Mail to deliver your orders and who have implemented their own measures. For example, they may now NOT offer you the scanner to sign upon delivery, Instead they now log the name of the person accepting your delivery instead.
Orders are been processed and posted out as normal with no delay. However, some areas of the UK are still affected by flooding and this is disrupting deliveries simply because of the limited access available.
