Refund & Returns Policy

Our products are perishable All of our cake toppers are edible/food-contact perishable products. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders once dispatched.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@simplytoppers.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Custom orders Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun
