Shipping policy

All orders are handmade and where possible will be posted out to you within 24 hours.  

However, depending on stock levels and size of order we guarantee to ship within 3 working days.

We always post using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and regardless of the size of the order there is just the one charge of £3.50. 

All orders are posted using our standard rate except when the Royal Mail 1^st Class by 1pm next working day after posting is selected.

All orders are posted out in box format to protect the items you have ordered.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding any and all UK Bank Holidays.
